Our story
Why we started LeaderinTalent
We watched a $600M data center program lose six weeks because a staffing partner couldn't tell a commissioning agent from a controls technician. That was the last straw.
Our founders spent their careers between the field and the recruiting desk — one managing electrical scopes on critical facilities, the other building specialized search teams. Both kept running into the same gap: an industry sprinting to build gigawatts of capacity, served by staffing firms that treated skilled talent like interchangeable line items.
So in Dallas–Fort Worth — at the center of one of the fastest-growing data center corridors in the country — we started a firm with a narrow focus and a high bar. Recruiters who know the sequence of work. Candidates who have already delivered on projects like yours. Answers you can plan around.
Today we staff build-outs and industrial programs in 31 states, and we still run every search the same way: understand the scope, respect the schedule, and send people who finish the job.
